Bushcraft baking day.

Come and join us for the day in our glorious 100 acre private woodland for a day of Bushcraft baking and cooking.

Learn how to make bread over an open fire using a Dutch Oven and make Bannock, a traditional Scottish dish popular in Bushcraft and Coaler's Bun, a dish we learned to make in Norway that comprises the best bits of Bannock along with pancake style ingredients and mashed potato; you have to try it! Or you can use our new wood-fired Pizza oven and make your own Pizza! We will experiment with different ingredients and recipes so there will be something for everyone. We can also cater for Gluten free. Bring your appetite!.

Our days start at 09:30 and we supply tea, coffee and squash, you're welcome to bring additional lunch items if you wish and we finish around 16:30.

Great value at only £50 per person or only £90 for two people!. Larger group and family deals are available on request.
